Any individual or organization must carefully read these terms before using Baimiao PDF services (hereinafter referred to as "Baimiao PDF"). If you disagree with these terms, you may stop using Baimiao PDF services. By using the service, you are deemed to acknowledge and accept all contents of these terms.
1. Any images/image files and generated temporary URL links used by individuals or organizations through Baimiao PDF are created and provided by the user or owner (hereinafter referred to as "third-party files"). This application only provides PDF file conversion and OCR text recognition capabilities based on images, and does not represent any opinions or positions of Baimiao PDF, nor does it indicate that Baimiao PDF agrees with or supports any content, claims, or positions of such third-party files. This application assumes no responsibility for the legality, accuracy, authenticity, applicability, or security of third-party file content.
2. The PDF document conversion and image text extraction capabilities provided by Baimiao PDF are based on server recognition, requiring files to be uploaded to the server for recognition before displaying results. Files are deleted afterward and are not stored on Baimiao PDF servers.
3. No individual or organization may use Baimiao to upload, read, download, copy, publish, distribute, or reproduce the following content:
1. Content opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
2. Content endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or
undermining national unity;
3. Content damaging national honor and interests;
4. Content inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
5. Content undermining national religious policies, promoting cults or feudal
superstitions;
6. Content spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
7. Content spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting
crime;
8. Content insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights;
9. Information containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
4. Before any individual or organization uses third-party file content (including images, audio, video, documents, links, etc.) for transactions or other activities, they should carefully verify the legality, accuracy, authenticity, practicality, and security of such content (including whether downloading third-party files may infect computers with viruses) and take cautious preventive measures. If you are unsure about the legality, accuracy, authenticity, practicality, and security of such content, Baimiao PDF recommends consulting professionals first.
5. Baimiao PDF assumes no responsibility and cannot undertake any legal liability for personal injury, property damage (including computer virus infections from downloads), reputation or commercial reputation defamation, copyright or intellectual property infringement, and other incidents caused by any individual or organization's reliance on or use of third-party file information, services, products, or transactions based thereon. Such responsibility should be borne by the owner of the third-party files. Regardless of the reason, Baimiao PDF does not assume any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses and liabilities for transactions and activities not directly related to Baimiao PDF.
6. If any individual or organization believes that third-party file content obtained through Baimiao PDF services may infringe upon their legitimate copyright, they should promptly report to Baimiao PDF in writing according to the "Regulations on Protection of Information Network Transmission Rights," providing corresponding identity proof, ownership proof, and detailed infringement evidence. Upon receiving such documents, Baimiao PDF will promptly disconnect links to related services for such content. If the owner of the disconnected third-party files believes that the claimed Baimiao PDF results do not infringe others' legitimate copyrights, they also have the right to send Baimiao PDF a counter-notice regarding the disconnected links not violating the regulations. Baimiao PDF reminds you: if your infringement or non-infringement claims are false, you will bear relevant legal responsibilities according to the regulations.
7. After registering a Baimiao PDF account, please use the account permissions legally. Baimiao PDF reserves the right to ban accounts that illegally crack functions or affect Baimiao PDF services.
8. When using Baimiao PDF file conversion and image recognition, content must not contain items listed in Article 3 above, nor content creating pirated books or infringing others' intellectual property rights. If detected, continued recognition will be restricted and account suspension is possible.
9. After purchasing Baimiao PDF membership, total usage is unlimited, but based on server load, users with excessive recognition may face monthly limits. Details can be viewed on the purchase page.
10. Baimiao PDF membership can only be purchased through Baimiao PDF and other legally authorized dealers. Others are prohibited from unauthorized reselling, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action for illegal trading.
11. Baimiao PDF may modify these terms from time to time based on changes in national laws and regulations and the need to protect user rights. Modified terms will indicate the last update date through legal procedures in these terms.
